Our Story

Our agency began serving the wonderful people of Southeast Texas in 1968 when Les Price opened up a small office on Main Street in Vidor, TX.  Born and raised in Vidor, Jim would soon join his father in building an agency that many in the area have come to trust.

We now have several experienced employees in our Vidor office and our customers reside all over the state of Texas.

Through the years, we have walked with our customers through some of life's most difficult circumstances. From hurricanes, to home fires, to car accidents, we have stood with our loyal customers and helped put the pieces of their life back together.
